I paid for a deep clean, but it felt more like a quick wipe-down. There was still dust in the corners, the baseboards looked like they hadn’t been touched, and the kitchen floor still had spots on it. For what it cost, I was disappointed

The cleaners were really nice, and I do remember feeling relieved when I first walked in because the house definitely looked better than before. But after a little while, I started noticing dust still sitting on some shelves and a few corners that looked like they were rushed. It wasn’t a bad experience, but for the price, I guess I was hoping for that really fresh, spotless feeling.

I don’t have concrete proof that anything was actually wrong, but something about the site just felt off to me. The trust wasn’t really there, and I didn’t feel safe continuing with it.

I booked Merry Maids and added a couple simple notes ahead of time, mainly asking them not to use strong products in one room and to pay extra attention to the kitchen floor.
The cleaner was friendly, but it felt like those requests never made it to them. Some parts of the house looked fine, but the main things I specifically asked for were missed, which was frustrating for what it cost. Like, make it make sense.

I don’t mind paying a fair price when the work matches it, but this just didn’t feel worth what I was charged. The cleaning was okay, not terrible, but for the price I expected more attention to detail. I don’t think I’d use them again.
